The ELEMENTS Ayurveda Centre was born out of my strong belief and immense passion for Ayurveda. I believe that the nature has the cure for your ailments It is for all those Ayurveda seekers in UAE. Myself is an MOH qualified practitioner and so all the standards implemented by Ministry of Health are strictly followed in my clinic. My primary vision is to educate my patients on the importance of following charyas (regimens) told in Ayurveda. In my view, the traditional practices of any area will have a positive impact on the health of the people living there. I insist on incorporating the traditional diet patterns & lifestyle into the present-day daily routine after making the modifications as per the needs without causing a negative impact on your health. Though we call it an ancient science, Ayurveda is so advanced in patient care that we can customize the treatments according to the patients age, dietary habits, season, constitution, digestive capacity, physical tolerance, mental strength, physique, place of origin, place of residence, patient preferences, the saara (essence of each bodily tissues) in the particular patient

Elements, the fundamentals of the universe. Elements Ayurveda Centre rose from my mother’s ever-loving passion and respect to the great Indian medicinal science- Ayurveda. She has always been ready to give her best to treat her patients and is always expanding her knowledge to ensure that her patients receive, only the best of Ayurveda. She wants to clear the misconceptions against Ayurveda that have aroused due to intensive modern thinking. People consider that Ayurveda is a mere pseudoscience without any scientific basis, but this is not true as I have come to realize this fact myself. It is a science that is to be well respected and recognized. My mother often tells me about the diagnosis and treatment procedures in Ayurveda and how each person in the world is unique. Her talks and my own research have enlightened me on how detailed the science is and it pains me to see it being disparaged by the modern society. Ayurveda is the science where mother nature heals you through her magical touch. Elements was a mere vision that took immense efforts from my parents to turn it into a reality. To all those who come to Elements Ayurveda Centre all I want to say is that you are in safe hands, this is coming from a daughter who has an amazing doctor as a mother
